Using coaching-style methods and bespoke surveys, we uncover what enables people to thrive, support change readiness, and build cultures that foster trust, performance, and inclusion.
Employee Relations: Providing robust independent Root Cause Analysis approaches to external investigations, workforce advisory support, and applying ‘Just Culture’ principles to proactively mitigate grievances and employment disputes, while strengthening accountability and organisational learning.
Strategic Consultancy: Creating and developing system, organisational, and service workforce strategies, as well as clinical, service, and organisational strategies.
Service Transformation: Working with services around skill mix reviews, implementing new roles and governance structures, workforce planning, incorporating digital solutions, and utilising change management approaches to support new ways of working.
Workforce Engagement: Using innovative methods to engage with staff at all levels, curious active listening, interactive coaching tools, shifting mindsets, allowing for new ideas and thinking to emerge.
Workforce Coaching: Delivery of bespoke Workforce Coaching programs, including System Coaching and Resistance to Change approaches, to maximise the potential of the workforce. Coaching in this context mainly focuses on revealing and addressing workforce challenges. Workforce Coaching programs include a mixture of NLP, RTT® and Career Coaching approaches tailored to the individual and clients needs.
WCP has also developed and delivers bespoke coaching programmes such as New Leaders, and Transition Leaders that are tailored to each clients needs.
Senior Leadership Coaching and Development: delivering individual and team coaching with senior leaders resulting in positive, ripple impacts on their teams and organisations, and developing better relationships with key stakeholders. Leadership transformation is a critical part of enhancing performance and developing greater engagement with the workforce.
Clinical Supervision: Providing safe 'thinking space' for clinical practice reflection, including evaluation, supporting skill development, active learning, building self-resilience and selfawareness, resulting in improved job/role performance.
Coaching Supervision: supporting coaches and organisations in ensuring continuous improvements are made with the coaching practices delivered. Refining the quality practices to follow, enhancing self-awareness, reflective practice and peer support. Providing support to coaches working in challenging and changing environments to build resilience and new insights.
